On February 15, 2019, teachers Deniz Recepov and Zujca Stojanova carried out the daily activity “Games with clay” from the Eco section of the Annual Program for extracurricular intercultural activities for the first grade.
Teachers explained how to work with clay and showed several previously made crafts. Afterwards, the students worked in pairs in which they modeled the clay and created dishes.
The aim of this activity is to encourage the development of children’s imagination and creative potential, to encourage students to actively use the newly adopted terms in everyday speech, to develop fine hand muscles during manipulation with clay and as well as to support a habit of regularly maintaining the family home.
